Key Provisions:

Purpose of the Alliance:

Integrate cross-border resources, promote international cooperation, and provide housing services;

Business Scope:

1. Provide cross-border investment training, including but not limited to entrepreneurship, law, accounting, finance, study abroad, real estate, etc.;

2. Establish a cross-border cooperation and exchange platform for alliance members, including but not limited to alliance member fund pools, project pools, talent pools, etc., to promote win-win cooperation among members;

3. Build a settlement service team of the alliance to provide professional and reliable settlement services for alliance members;

Joint mechanism: first initiated by five national organizations: Australia, Canada, U.A.E., Switzerland and Singapore, and gradually added other countries later, with one co-chair and one co-secretary-general for each country;

Membership form: the alliance has 5 honorary chairmen, recommended by the co-chairs of the 5 initiating countries, the honorary chairmen are the top 100 well-known entrepreneurs or consortiums in the country or region, free of membership fees, and a number of senior advisers of the alliance, senior advisers need to have senior government officials (equivalent to China's vice minister level or above), economists, heads of well-known financial institutions, free of membership fees, each country has 1 chairman of the alliance, 10 vice presidents, and the chairman needs to have personal net assets of more than 100 million US dollars. The vice president needs to have a personal net worth of more than 50 million US dollars, needs to pay membership dues, and has 30 executive directors of the alliance, and the executive directors need to have personal net assets of more than 20 million US dollars, and the executive directors need to pay membership dues, and there are several directors;

Membership fee standard: the annual membership fee of each national president is 8888 US dollars, a one-time lifetime membership fee of 3888 US dollars, the annual membership fee of the vice president is 3888 US dollars, a one-time lifetime membership fee of 18888 US dollars, the annual membership fee of the executive director is 988 US dollars, a one-time lifetime membership fee of 3888 US dollars, the annual membership fee of the director is 588 US dollars, a one-time lifetime membership fee is 1888 US dollars, and the old members recommend new members to give 20% of the membership fee; 30% of the membership fee will be awarded from the 6th member who is referred;

Remuneration of the chairman:

1. Eligible to participate in the senior VIP club of the alliance;

2. Participate in 2 global high-end investment inspection activities for free every year, free of participation fees and accommodation fees;

3. Be fully responsible for the activities of the national alliance and the operation of the company;

Basic Benefits:

1. Login account and permanent right to use the alliance platform;

2. Obtain lifelong free training courses related to cross-border investment, such as immigration, entrepreneurship, law, accounting, study abroad, and real estate;

3. Lifetime access to alliance investment pools, project pools and talent pools;

4. Have the right to invest in the original shares of listed companies initiated by the alliance;

5. Free participation in cross-border investment exchange activities organized by the alliance with the government or consortium;

6. Have the right to organize members of the alliance to invest in the government where the members are located;

7. The right of priority investment in high-quality projects of the Alliance;

8. The right to promote the membership project for free in the activities organized by the Alliance;

9. The right of the member project to seek funds in the free advertising of the alliance platform;

10. The alliance provides free housing service solutions and free access to the housing mutual aid platform to ensure that budding friends live and work in peace and contentment overseas;

Vice-President Treatment:

1. Eligible to participate in the VIP club of the alliance;

2. Participate in one global high-end investment inspection activity for free every year, free of participation fee and accommodation fee;

3. Assist the chairman of the board of directors in operating the activities of the national alliance;
